How custom orders work
Every custom is a small collaboration. Here’s exactly what happens from your first message to delivery.

Send a reference
Share a photo on WhatsApp — a Pinterest pin, a screenshot, or a past Merakee bouquet works.

Share the details
Occasion, recipient, budget, preferred date, color or vibe notes. Greeting card too, if you’d like one.

We chat & estimate
Our admin reviews, asks any questions, and sends you a clear estimate within 24 hours.

Confirm & pay
Approve the estimate, settle the deposit (or full amount), and we lock in your delivery slot.

We arrange & deliver
We source the stems fresh, hand-tie your bouquet on the day, and deliver — or have it ready for pickup.
When all your requested stems are available with us, we can arrange and deliver the same day if confirmed before 2 pm.
If we need to source specific stems or seasonal flowers, expect a 1–3 day turnaround from confirmation.
For installations, weddings, or large-volume events, please reach out at least 2 weeks ahead.

Common questions
Can I get an exact replica of the reference photo?
We’ll get as close as we can, but each bouquet is hand-tied with the freshest stems available that day — small variations in stem variety, openness, and tone are part of every custom.
How long does a custom take?
Same-day if all your stems are in stock and you confirm before 2 pm. Most custom orders take 1–3 days. Weddings, events, and large installations need at least 2 weeks.
How is pricing calculated?
Each estimate is built from the specific stems, size, wrap, and delivery — so no two custom quotes are the same. We send you a clear breakdown before you commit.
Do I pay upfront?
For most orders, yes — a deposit or full payment locks in your slot. For weddings and events, we use a milestone schedule outlined in the quote.
What if a stem isn’t available?
We’ll reach out before arranging to suggest the closest substitute. You always get to approve any change before we proceed.
Can I include a hand-written card?
Yes — included free with every custom order. Add the message in the form above, or share it later in WhatsApp.
